something new.

2010 has been a different year for me personally and in the things I do. I have matured in different ways both in my personality and my motivation as an aspiring designer. I have taken more risk that I know I probably would not have had when I was younger. I have gotten closer with old friends and have met some wonderful people that have truly inspired me. Despite all the struggles and misunderstandings, I have always been surrounded with people who care and helped make things better.

I just wanted to thank all the people both in the industry and my personal life for sticking up and always encouraged me to be stronger. you know who you are. Thank you for believing in me and for pushing me.  I'm so excited to see what 2011 brings. 

These are just a few pictures that I really liked from a party I went to on New Years Eve. I did not see one person who did not look good, or maybe I was just too wasted to even bother. All jokes aside, it was evident that most people looked stunning in different styles. I remember complimenting my friends Flora, Audrey, and Molly (photo 1,3, and 8) and they all told me that their dresses were from H&M, so big kudos to H&M for being fabulous! Not to mention, my sister is wearing a striped shirt/dress I bought her for christmas, also from H&M. 

Well, that's all for now. I'm writing this and it's almost 4.. and in just a couple of hours I have school.

Peppermint.

My family celebrated christmas differently this year. Normally, we would go to their friends' houses who  we're not even close to so I feel like this year was a bit more personal. I like it so much better than all the other celebrations we've had in the past.

Taking pictures after getting the mail? haha. I just hope we didn't disturb anyone while we were in the lobby. Alyanna is wearing vintage sheer top and earrings, thrifted belt, H&M Pants and ring, Via Spiga heels.

You never called.

      Just wanted to mention that the first photo is just one of a few that I will be uploading soon. My sister and I decided to use our lobby instead of the roof this time. The lighting was alright, considering that the photos were taken at night but I can't complain. I mean, there's also this big obnoxious mirror that I never forget to take a look at every time before I leave the building. 


     I was looking over photos that I took from Fashion Week not too long ago, and came across the last 3 pictures. After coming from the Staerk and Pamela Love Show, I passed by this Floral boutique shop called Adore. The window display caught my attention that I just HAD to take a few snapshots. Aren't they beautiful? It just feels so refreshing to see those figures assembled the way they are next to the plants.

Playing dress up and going to the roof? It's that one thing that saves me from boredom If I am not occupied with doing things around the house. This is my sister Alyanna. She's not the nicest but she's fun to be with. (Sometimes)

Glitter and Glam.

Blech, I have a really bad headache right now. And there's no one to blame it on except for myself. This is due to my lack of consistency with my work ethics. 

So when I feel like I need to take a break, I go to my roof and take silly pictures with my sister (as you can see from the previous post). As lame as it sounds, it actually takes my mind off of school and all those things that bombard you with stress.

As of now, I have 5 days worth of AP Art History Homework, Health ( which I think isn't that necessary), Psychology, and Current Events HW. Joy of Procrastination.
