Sarah Burton became the creative director for Alexander McQueen after his tragic loss. It was evident that she understood his design elements with her ability to develop such a dramatic collection. Each piece was true to the designer's vision- the pattern, color tone, fabric, and styling. The show displayed with such a powerful imagery. The make-up was mysterious and the hair was intricate and theatric.
Every piece showed a refreshing vision- all beautifully done by incorporating organic materials and sophisticated necklines. Embroidery finished off most looks such as feathers. Everything was polished and well designer... I LOVED the dresses that were cinched with leather.
